Michal Pechoucek
ABOUT THE ARTIST
Michal Pechoucek is a storyteller and very sensitive observer in Czech tradition intentions. His work seems to be conceptual but always includes exceptions that open a space for individual explanation. He transforms human relations, emotions and private experience into contrived stories that he enters with documentary precision. Nostalgia is present in his painting, photographs, videos and dramas and is absolutely incommutable as his artistic expression.
